Tract # 1
Legal Description: 17 acres MOL in NW/4 of Section (4), Township (20) North, Range (12), W.I.M. Major County, Oklahoma
Description: This tract consists of approximately 17± acres and is improved a traditional style home built in 1983. The home consists of 1,560 sq. ft. of living area with a full basement (26’x60’ not included in sq. ft. above) with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living/dining room, kitchen, and laundry room.
